Welcome to ZinToop (Tunisian Olive Oil Platform). These terms and conditions outline the rules, regulations, and legal framework governing the use of our website and digital services. By accessing this platform, we assume you accept these terms in full.

1. Scope of Services & Legal Role

ZinToop acts as an interactive digital marketplace and directory connecting Tunisian olive industry stakeholders, including olive growers/farmers, mills, packers, logistics transporters, and domestic/international buyers. The platform is not a party to any commercial transactions, contracts, financial exchanges, or logistics agreements. Our role is strictly limited to providing digital matching, mapping, and listing tools.

2. Registration & Eligibility

All users must provide accurate, complete, and updated information during registration (name, email, phone number, and professional role). Users are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials. Impersonation of businesses or providing fraudulent details is strictly prohibited.

3. Direct Transactions & Security

All business agreements, product pricing, payment terms, and physical quality inspections of the olive oil are negotiated and executed directly between the buyer and the seller. ZinToop does not handle or guarantee payments, nor does it guarantee the execution of contract terms. We strongly advise both parties to utilize standard contract validation.

4. Seller Listings & Accuracy

Sellers must ensure that all details regarding their listed olive oil or raw olives (including quantities, chemical grade like EVOO/Virgin, varieties like Chemlali/Chetoui, and prices) are honest and updated. The platform reserves the right to remove misleading postings or suspend non-compliant accounts.

5. Limitation of Liability

ZinToop provides no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding product quality, transporter reliability, delivery times, or buyer solvency. All deals are completed at the sole risk of the participating users.
