Seller & Service Provider Policy
This Seller Policy establishes rules of conduct for farmers, oil mills, packaging facilities, and logistics carriers listing their products and services on ZinToop to maintain transparency and trust.
1. Product Representation & Grades
All listed olive oil must be graded accurately according to standard criteria (Extra Virgin, Virgin, Lampante). Sellers must state the correct olive varieties (Chemlali, Chetoui, Oueslati, etc.), crop year, and regional origin (governorate) in Tunisia.
2. Pricing Integrity
Prices shown on listings should represent fair target rates or true negotiation start points. Listing fake low prices to attract attention is prohibited. All financial negotiations and payments are settled directly between the buyer and the seller.
3. Milling and Packaging Services
Milling facilities and bottling companies must detail their capacities, storage terms, and service fees clearly. They must respect health and sanitary regulations under Tunisian law, protecting the olive crops delivered by farmers.
4. Transport & Secure Delivery PIN
Logistics providers must maintain the chemical integrity and cleanliness of the oil during transit. To complete a delivery, transporters must obtain the secure transaction PIN from the receiver to confirm successful handoff on the platform.
