1. Platform IP and Software
ZinToop, including its custom designs, logos, software source code, maps, database structures, and styling, is the exclusive intellectual property of the platform owner, protected under Tunisian and international intellectual property laws.
2. User Content License
By publishing listings, upload images, or posting stories (Stories) to your profile, you grant the platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display your media to platform visitors to promote your trade listings.
