Commission & Fees Policy

We believe in empowering Tunisian olive growers and businesses by enabling direct trade. To support the local economy, we have established a zero-commission structure.

1. Zero Commissions on Transactions

ZinToop charges 0% commission on any sales, agreements, or direct trade connections established between users. We do not extract fees from the value of your olive oil, raw olives, or logistics jobs.

2. Direct Payments

All payments are handled outside the platform directly between the buyer and the seller or service provider using mutually agreed methods (such as cash on delivery, bank wire transfer, or certified checks). ZinToop does not manage or process transactional funds.

3. Optional Premium Marketing Services

To sustain the platform, we may offer optional, paid promotion tools for larger corporations or distributors. These include premium homepage banners, custom marketing appointments, or featured listings. Pricing for these services is always agreed upon in advance via separate contracts.
